Then the Q set up four trick or treat stations around the parking lot. Each station had a festive bowl or bucket filled with 20 different exercises! These are the exercises. Spider crawls

Once at each station, one member of each group drew a random exercise and PAX did that AMRAP of that exercise until Q called time. Then we rotated to a different station and drew a new exercise. We continued this, gradually increasing the time spent on performing the drawn exercises until about halfway through the workout. At this point we took a mosey around the parking lot before returning for another few rounds of stations. With five minutes left we reconvened in the middle for a cool down.
