    Trick or Treat stations


    Date: Monday, October 28th, 2019


    Location: The OC, which was much warmer than expected that night!


    Q: Aravis


    PAX: 15 total, 1 FNG. Welcome Squirrel! Chicky, Anchor, Traffic, Frieda, Sassenach, Digs, Renaissance, Cheesehead, Sue Sue, Picasso, Delta, Betty C, River Rat


    The Thang:

    FiA Disclaimer was given and then we proceeded with the Warmup.

    Then the Q set up four trick or treat stations around the parking lot. Each station had a festive bowl or bucket filled with 20 different exercises! These are the exercises.

    Spider crawls

    Deadlifts

    Dumbbell axe chops

    Skullcrushers

    Supermans

    Jumping Jacks

    Plie Squats to Calf Raises

    Russian Twists

    Bicep Curls

    Shoulder Press


    Burpees


    Merkins


    Punches


    Lunges

    Bicycle Crunches


    We divided into four groups and each group went to a different station to begin. Once at each station, one member of each group drew a random exercise and PAX did that AMRAP of that exercise until Q called time. Then we rotated to a different station and drew a new exercise. We continued this, gradually increasing the time spent on performing the drawn exercises until about halfway through the workout.

    At this point we took a mosey around the parking lot before returning for another few rounds of stations. With five minutes left we reconvened in the middle for a cool down.


    COT: We prayed for River Rat's family that has recently been through surgery and for all those impacted by the recent storms.
