4. Squat w/ lateral arm raise
5. Duck walk back and forth
6. Bicep Curl
7. Side to Side Shuffle
8. Plank Walk
9. High Knees
1st round – 1:10 each spot (15sec to switch)
Run a big Lap – shake it out.
