The Thang:
See you when I see you: Partner up. Partners run opposite directions around the circle. Stop wherever you meet your partner and "push it" together.
PUSH IT exercises:
Pushups
Unicycles
Squats
High Jumps
Indian Style Little Baby Crunches
Tricep Dips
Repeat running opposite directions around the circle, and repeat "Push It" exercises each time you meet up again. Start with 10 reps of each, then 9, etc. down to 5 and then count back up, running between each time.
Last 3 minutes: Stretch on your own
