PAX circle up and remember their spot in the order.
PAX #1 rolls a 12-sided Exercise die. She then runs clockwise around the loop, bearing THE BATON (Which was a NERF Sword. NERF OR NOTHING!).
PAX do the exercise the die winds up being. Difficulty ranges from “Water Break” to “20 Burpees”.
Once All In, PAX #2 rolls and runs Counter Clockwise, getting the sword from the previous PAX.
Once All In, PAX #3 rolls and runs Clockwise, getting the sword from the previous PAX, and so on…
After you hand off the sword, finish your loop and return to the circle and recover until the next roll.
We played fast and loose with the rules, but that's okay because everyone was a winner by getting their exercise on! The company was great. Headstand the track star kept making the whole loop before anyone could catch up to her.
