Tha thang: After each block, we took a 1/2 lap.
Arms: 10 each of bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, hammer curls, tricep squeezes
Shoulders: 10 each of v-ups, shoulder taps, shoulder rotations, scissor squeezes
Legs: 20 each of squats w/front lunges, squats w/back lunges, stomp squats
Chest: 10 each of chest presses w/bridge, flys w/bridge, chest crosses
Abs: 20 each of Russian twists, flutter kicks, toe touches, bicycle crunch crosses
Cool Down
COT: Each PAX named a stressor we could work on getting rid of this week
