Q: River Rat

Tonight was our first Q School of Q School week! While Q School requires extra explaining from the Q, we were still able to get in a great workout!
Warm up: Daisy Pickers (in cadence), Jumping Jacks (in cadence), Squats (OYO), Lunges (OYO)
Part 1: Dora Style! PAX paired up - One person running, the other counting the reps of the exercises, when partner returns, switch and continue counting where the other partner left off. Goal was to complete 100 merkins, 150 jumping jacks, 200 squats. Extra credit was sit ups until all in.
Part 2: We lunged over to the side of the parking lot and completed a suicide cardio ladder. PAX started at the "start" cone and then ran to each cone of varying distances and completed the marked exercise while returning to the start cone after each exercise.
Part 3: We skipped to the church doors and began a 3 lane indian run. We sorted the lanes by "slow and steady", "I've ran before", and "Sign me up for a marathon". PAX chose the appropriate lane and began a full lap around the church.
Part 4: MARY- PAX came back to their original partner from DORA. They completed 60 seconds of the following ab exercises: leg slams, plank claps, and row the boats.
COT: After count-o-rama and name-o-rama, I shared my favorite verse Psalm 56:3-4 and closed in prayer.
We had an awesome night together with the biggest crowd in OC history!
