Warm-up to Push it (Salt-n-Pepa): 1 minute each of high knees, jumping jacks, butt kickers, calf raises, 30 seconds of pulse squats
The Thang:
See you when I see you: Partner up. Partners run/walk opposite directions around the circle. Stop wherever you meet your partner and "push it" together.
PUSH IT exercises:
Pushups
Unicycles
Squats
High Jumps
Indian Style Little Baby Crunches
Tricep Dips
Repeat running/walking opposite directions around the circle, and repeat "Push It" exercises each time you meet up again. Start with 10 reps of each, then 9, etc. down to 1 each, running/walking between each time.
Cool down: Stretch on your own while listening to Push it.
