Part 1: half start with obstacle course and half start with weights At mat: 10 Arnold Palmer 15 RDL 20 jumping jacks with weight 25 jump squats Then go through the obstacle course and repeat mat exercises Ladders Sprint Zigzag side shuffles Sprint Curb toe taps Broad jump burpee to cone Jog to mat Goal was to get 6 rounds! Anchor and Power got all 6 rounds and the rest of us had to do 20 penalty burpees.
Part 2: 10 min Suicides to first cone, run back, do 2 reps of first exercise. Then run to the second cone, run bakc and do 4 reps of first exercise (increasing by 2 each time you go to the next cone and back) Have it all the way up to 12 when you hit 12 you do the next exercise- first move-smurf jacks Second move- froggers
