Warm up:

Huggies x 12 IC

The Thang:

Kraken: The Kraken is a mythical creature that somewhat resembles an octopus. Therefore, 8 cones, 8 exercises.

8 stations in a circle, marked by cones.

Each pax picks a cone to start with. Complete 25 reps at the 1st station, then run around the outside of the circle plus one cone, complete the exercise at that cone, rinse & repeat all the way around-once you’ve completed the circle, continue but decrease to 20 reps each for your next time around (then 15, 10, and 5)


Complete 41 minutes (for Chickie's 41st birthday) of Kraken!
