The Thing:
Find a parking spot strip. Put your mat and weights at one end. The end with the mat and weights is where you will start each round. You will do 10 reps of each exercise and then travel to the end of your parking lot strip and do another cardio move for 10 reps.
Round 1: Overhead Press > Bear Crawl > Jumping Jacks
Round 2: Skull Crushers > Lunge > Burpee
Round 3: Bent Over Row > Broad Jumps > High Knees
Partner RUN- run the big lap with partners starting off going the opposite direction, meet in the middle, and then turn back
Round 4: Bent over reverse fly > Frog Jumps > Jump Squats
Round 5: (On back) Chest Fly > Duck Walk > Arm through Plank
Round 6: Overhead Tricep Extensions > High Skips > Skaters
Partner RUN- run the big lap with partners starting off going the opposite direction, meet in the middle, and then turn back
Round 7: Bicep Curls > Bear Crawl > Jumping Jacks
Round 8: Lateral Raise > Lunge > Burpee
Round 9: (Lie down) Bench press > Broad Jumps > High Knees
Round 10: Snatches > Duck Walk > Skaters
Partner abs: Face your partner but still maintain distance. 1 min- seesaw sit ups, 1 mins- alternating russian twists, 45 sec plank with air high 5s
