45 seconds on, 15 seconds off for each of the following:
Bunny hops
Curb hops
Frog jumps
Star jacks
Around the world/box jumps
Criss cross jumps
In & out jump squats
Jumping jacks
Side to side hops
Plank jacks
Easter Eggs-ercises Round 1
30 Easter basket swing (kettlebell swing)
30 Rabbit kicks (donkey kicks)
30 Dip the egg (goblet squat)
Repeat for 5 min
Tortoise and the hare:
Pair up. 1st pax starts running with a weight. To give 1st pax a head start, 2nd pax count to 5 or do 5 squats then go. 2nd pax runs to catch up and takes the weight. Switch and repeat, running around the building until end of 5 min.
Easter Eggs-ercises Round 2 (same as above) for 5 minutes
Hoppy Easter round 2 (same as above)
Cooldown-walk around the loop to the wall.
Sit on the Easter bunny’s lap (wall sit for 2 minutes)
Walk back to the mats.
