The Thang: Flash Dice game
Pax take turns rolling a pair of dice. Total from both dice tells everyone what exercise to do in sets of 30 or for 30 seconds each. Continue rolling and exercising until time is up. Each pax held 2 Flash cards giving them the option of calling "flash" 2 times during the workout to exchange the exercise rolled for a mosey for everyone.
If you roll a:
2 burpees (30 seconds)
3 bicep curls x 30
4 jump squats x 30
5 Walking lunges x 30
6 Tuck jumps x 30
7 J-los x 30
8 Tricep presses x 30
9 Merkins x 30
10 Mountain climbers x 30
11 plank (30 seconds)
12 jumping jacks x 30
Finished up with ABC abs and stretching.
