Warm-up: pulse squats, jumping jacks, daisy pickers, high knees
The thang:
We split into two groups and each set is 5 min then we will switch. We will do each round 3x. 1 is cardio and 1 is strength.
Cardio: So I was gonna do a 4 square around the parking lot. The long sides are sprints and then on the short sides will be side shuffles. Repeat for full 5 min. Strength; 5 three point lunges (both sides=1) 10 burpees with plank jack and jumping jack instead of a jump 15 squat with overhead presses 20 jacks with weight. Repeat for full 5 min.
Running circuit:
4 square around the parking lot. The long sides are sprints and then on the short sides will be side walking lunges. Repeat for full 5 min
Strength circuit:
5 three-point lunges (both sides=1)
10 burpees with plank jack and jumping jack
15 squat with overhead presses
20 jacks with weight. Repeat for full 5 min.
5 min ab burnout
30 sec normal crunches
30 sec legs in 90 degree angle side crunches (one side)
30 sec v-ups or toe touches
30 sec flutter kicks
30 sec leg lift hold
30 sec flutter kicks

30 sec normal crunches
30 sec leg lift hold
