Formation: big, spaced-out circle; We will do an ABCs workout...each exercise will be an AMRAP for 1 min, 10 sec rest (demonstrations as needed) in between each.

Merkin circle:
Pax circle up and assume low squat position. First pax says “drop” and everyone does 10 merkins, then next pax says drop and everyone does 9 merkins. Continue till you reach 1 then work your way back up. 100 merkins total!!
