    Formation: big, spaced-out circle; We will do an ABCs workout...each exercise will be an AMRAP for 1 min, 10 sec rest (demonstrations as needed) in between each.

    A- Jumping jacks

    B-front to lateral raise

    C-box jumps

    D-shoulder taps in plank

    E-skaters

    F-curl to press

    G-alternating lunges

    H-squat to Y raise

    I-burpees

    J-awkward turtles

    K-side plank dips (right)

    L-mountain climbers

    M-squat press

    N-side plank dips (left)

    O-swimmers

    P-v ups

    Q-inchworms

    R-overhead tricep extensions

    S-squats with calf raises

    T-fire hydrants (left)

    U-high knees

    V-bicycle crunches

    W-goblet squats

    X-flutter kicks

    Mosey

    Merkin circle:

    Pax circle up and assume low squat position. First pax says “drop” and everyone does 10 merkins, then next pax says drop and everyone does 9 merkins. Continue till you reach 1 then work your way back up. 100 merkins total!!
