The Thang:
Each partner challenge was 5 minutes total.
Challenge 1:
2 min wall sit- back to back with partner
1 min squats
2 min wall sit- back to back with partner
Challenge 2:
45 second plank- facing partner, clapping hands
15 second child's pose
Repeat 4 more times
Challenge 3:
2 min fast feet with up/downs and drops
1 min break
2 min fast feet with up/downs and drops
Challenge 4:
5 min bicep burnout with HEAVY weights, one partner hold a low squat while the other does bicep curls until burnout then switch and repeat
Challenge 5:
5 mins straight of sprints!!
Challenge 6:
Face partner and do full sit up while passing a heavy weight back and forth- 2 mins.
Hold crunch for 1 min. Face partner and do full sit up while passing a heavy weight back and forth- 2 mins.
Challenge 7:
"Flower" song squat challenge aka Bring Sally Up
