Ladder: (1) walk sideways in plank position (2) hopscotch (3) bunny hop
Mats: (1) russian twist (2) sit-ups (3) cross toe touch (lying on back legs straight up)
Mats: (1) side leg lift (switch after 1 min) (2) donkey kick (3) fire hydrant
weights: (1) tricep kickback (2) hammer curls (3) T-lift (like fly's, but palm facing forward)
Legs: (1) jump rope (2) squat pulse (3), split leg lunge w/back foot on curb
Cool down: walk around the parking lot
