The thang:

(Jumping jacks if done with sets before others)
Monkey humpers - 3 sets of 15 reps
Grassy area:
Side plank, 15 hip dips, 2 sets each side
Playground/tree: leg lifts - front, side, back- 3 sets
then to back parking lot:
Walking lunges 15 out 15 back only
Equipment area: incline push-ups
5 each at a time. Then 20 step ups and back to Merkins
Grassy area: bird dogs, knee bent like donkey kick and crunch underneath- elbow to knee
15 each side , 2 sets
Parking lot:
15 frog jumps, 15 speed skaters , 15 frog jumps, 15 speed skaters
Grassy area: 15 up and down plank, 15 plank jacks, 15 each side awkward turtles
