Set 1: moving around the small loop: 10 walking lunges, 10 broad jumps, 10 merkins, 10 side shuffles (L/R)
Set 2: jog 1/2 way around building, then do 10 "shoot the ball", jog back to front of building and do 10 spidey planks (2=1)
Set 3: jog 1/2 way around building 10 dips, jog back around to front, do 10 J-Lows (2=1)
Set 4: jog 1/2 way around small loop, do 20 pulse squats, bear crawl across the grass (middle of the loop) , then do 20 tricep kickbacks
Set 5: jog 1/2 way around small loop, do 20 monkey humpers, inchworm back across grass, 20 bicep curls
