    Q: Betty C & Arcadia, PAX: Crunchy Pickle

    20 reps of each set of SNOWBALL, SNOWMAN, SNOWBOARD, SNOWDRIFT, SNOWFLAKE, SNOW SHOVEL, SNOW SLED 6 minutes for each set. PAX can each choose one set to complete or work as a group! End with "Let it Go" song. Hold squat until you hear "let it go", then hold squat again at "let it go", etc! *We were not able to get through all the words in 45 minutes*
