sprints on the grassy area
6 in leg hold (abs)

slit lunge with 1 leg up on the step (R then L)
crunches
inchworm
Set 4
shoulder taps
sumo squat pulses
standing leg lift to the side then to an angle (R then L)
Run back to Parking lot
use "exercise" dice to finish out last 10 minutes of the workout
