We ended with a minute of stretching! Then we did our count-o-rama, name-o-rama, and finished with a prayer! These ladies are STRONG! Not only did they crush the workout but they did it in the hot Memphis sun!
Here is what quote I shared this morning that has been challenging me lately:
"Great things are done by a series of small things brought together."
Vincent Van Gogh
This quote just reminds me to appreciate the small things that are happening throughout the day! So, enjoy the little joys or treasures the Lord places in the midst of our day today!
Prayer Requests:
Aravis' mother, Show Me, has been healing and getting some medical help and will hopefully be able to come back to FiA soon! Also, Longhorn has finals next week in PT school! Just prayers for all the ladies that they would find small joys and "happies" throughout each and every day!
