Frenchie's FiA-versary Pyramid

Warm up: (all x 15 IC)

arm circles, preying mantis, jumping jacks, butt kickers

Then:

2 min side shuffle between cones

2 min mosey between cones


Tha Thang: I wanted to celebrate my 1 year FiA-versary with a workout the pax would feel the next day. Needless to say, I was successful! :)


Work your way down the pyramid. Do each section x2 including the mosey before you move on.

50 squats

50 lunges (1=1)

50 deadlifts

40 little baby crunches

40 Russian twists (1=1)

40 leg circles (put legs together and make an air circle)

40 toe touch crunches

mosey

30 merkins

30 overhead press

30 tricep kickback

30 chest press laying down

30 rows

mosey
