The Thang. Complete 3 full rounds. Use those weights 💪🏼 One round is as follows:
50 jumping jacks
20 squat jumps
20 lunges each leg
30 plank leg lifts. 15 each leg.
60 second plank hold
Run 2 laps around parking lot
The last 10 minutes we did an 8 minute AMRAP
Squat to overhead press 6 reps
Reverse lunge to bicep curl 6 reps
Alternating plank row 6 reps
Plank punches 20 total
