    The Thang


    6 Circuits, 5 mins each, each activity is 12 each. Repeat for the full 5mins.


    Circuit 1

    1. Front Lunges

    2. Overhead Shoulder Press

    3. Mountain Climbers

    4. High Knees


    Circuit 2

    1. Lateral Lunges

    2. Bicep Curls

    3. Squat to Shoulder Press

    4. Jumping Jacks


    Circuit 3

    1. Ballet Squat

    2. Bent Over Row

    3. Superman

    4. Jump Squats


    Circuit 4

    1. Calf Raises with weighted Lateral Arm raises

    2. Overhead Arm Ext

    3. Jumping Lunges

    4. Butterfly Situps


    Circuit 5

    1. Speed Skater

    2. Monkey Humpers

    3. Scorpion

    4. Skull Crushers


    Circuit 6

    1. Merkins

    2. Crunches

    3. Single Leg Dead Lift (6 each leg)

    4. Kettle bell swing with a weight.


    Between each section we did a turkey style run around the parking lot, and a regular run after.
