Pax mosey around the lake making 4 stops along the way; start with 10 squats and increase by 5 at each stop (10, 15, 20 25), squat pulse until all in
The thang part 2: Intervals! (45 sec work 15 sec rest intervals)
Set 1: up and down the stairs x2
Set 2: merkins, tricep dips, plank jacks, merkins
Set 3: merkins, tricep dips, knees to elbow, merkins
Mosey down stairs and back to startex
We had about 2 mins left so we did dealer's choice: S'mores chose 1min JLo's and Shakes chose 1 1min Superman's
COR, NOR, COT: Discussed how community is an essential part of FiA and is a large part of why PAX keep coming back. PAX were encouraged to reach out to another PAX they don't know as well and be intentional to try to get to know them better--we are better TOGETHER.
