35 Quick Feet with a Boxing Punch; 2:1; use weights to make it more of a challenge. **Do each activity. When you get done run two laps around the median. Then repeat the pyramid adding 5 to each exercise.
Ex: 10, 15, 20, 25, .....** Then 6 mins before the end we ran a lap around the median. Then we did Mary's for the remaining time (London Bridges with weights and Russian Twist) Name-O-Rama
