4 PAX showed up in the cold to get that last FiA workout of 2019 in. They killed it!
Warm Up:
High Knees, Huggies, Preying Mantis, and Jumping Jacks
The Thang:
Pyramid Workout 5 Burpees 10 Merkins 15 Reserve Lunge with a Bicep Curl; 2:1 20 Mountain Climbers; 2:1 25 Butterfly Situps 30 Lateral Arm Raise 35 Quick Feet with a Boxing Punch; 2:1; use weights to make it more of a challenge.
**Do each activity. When you get done run two laps around the median. Then repeat the pyramid adding 5 to each exercise. Ex: 10, 15, 20, 25, .....**
Then 6 mins before the end we ran a lap around the median. Then we did Mary's for the remaining time (London Bridges with weights and Russian Twist)

I didn't wake up to be average. I encouraged the girls to go above and beyond in 2020. We are rockstars and can do anything.
