Site: Q school was in session wet but over all great weather!
Warm up: Windmills(IC), Jumping Jacks (IC), While I was doing more explaining about roles of a Q Arm Circles(OYO), Overhead Claps (OYO), Butt kickers (OYO), Monkey Humpers(OYO), Reverse lunges (OYO)
The Thang- Dora PAX paired up - Team building exercise, we will broke into two’s.
One performing the exercise (counting reps) while your partner runs a lap and then switched and continue counting where your partner left off.
100 merkins
200 sit ups
300 squats
Explained Indian Run and did a lap around the lot
Pax did a mozy to the bathrooms where we did a min and half of wall squats. (OUCH!) We pushed through the pain. Then pax did another mozy back to mats for MARY.
MARY- IC award turtles called on other pax to call out exercises where we did russian twist (IC), sit ups (IC) Then it was time!
They KILLED it! Now for some sore arms and legs!
There was a lot learned at Q school this morning!
COR, NOR, And COT- shared about if you want to walk on water you have to climb out of the boat. In order to grow we have to do things that challenge us and gets us out of our comfort zone. I never thought I’d be up here today Qing workouts, being AOQ, and leading Q school. I encourage you ladies to take the next step, whatever that may be.
