    2. Reverse lunge with weights (at least 15 each leg)

    3. Burpees (at least 10)

    4. Plank shoulder tap (at least 20)

    5. Side lunges with squat (at least 15 each leg)

    6. Bent over reverse fly (at least 12)

    *Sprints 2 min

    Repeat circuit

    *Jump rope- 2 min


    Circuit 2

    7. Plank jacks (at least 18)

    8. Skaters (at least 18)

    9. Mountain climbers (at least 25)

    10. Tricep dips (at least 25)

    11. Donkey kicks (halfway-switch legs); at least 15 each
