The Thang:
Set 1: 10 Squats-using wgts- w/overhead press, 10 Merkins, 10 reverse lunges w/wgt-2 is1, run
Repeat set increasing reps each time to 15, 20, 25. Run after each set
Abs: 1 min. plank jacks, 1min. LBC,
2 min. plank, 1 min. box cutter
Repeat 4 ab exercises
Back to set 1 with 10 reps of each exercise
Stretch 2 min
