Inchworm push ups
In and out squat jumps
Then, we did two Tabata sets alternating exercises
Merkins on bench; tricep dips on bench
Wall sit; wall taps
1 min spider planks
1 min flutter kicks
1 min LBCs
1 min clamshell bridge
COR, NOR, COT: PAX were encouraged to intentionally focused on the true meaning of Easter these next two weeks. We ended with a prayer.
