Warm up: Jumping Jacks, Daisy Pickers, Huggies, 1 min wall sit
Ladder Workout:
There are four sets. Each set is done four 4 mins. You will do each set and then repeat again.
The ladder style is adding more reps each time. Each time you finish a rep you will add 2 until you reach 14.
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
Then you will work your way down the ladder. After the 4 mins we ran 2 laps.

Merkins and J.lo (2-1)
Set 2
Sit Ups and Skull Crusher w/ lateral arm raise
-you can hold a weight up to challenge you on that situp
Set 3
Bicep curl and Bravehearts
Set 4
Lunges (2-1) and Calf Raise w/ bicep curl to overhead press
