Each set is done four 4 mins. You will do each set and then repeat again. The ladder style is adding more reps each time. Each time you finish a rep you will add 2 until you reach 14. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 Then you will work your way down the ladder. After the 4 mins we ran 2 laps.
