This workout was a tribute to my favorite decade of music! We did either 90 total reps during a song or 90 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest intervals (at end). It was the first windy and chilly day this fall but we warmed up quickly!

40 overhead tricep extensions

50 squats with weight
40 Big girl situps

50 calf raises
40 alt back lunge (1=1)

30 front raises
30 dumbbell rows

50 reverse crunches
40 Russian twists (1=1)

50 donkey kicks (25 each side)

Then, we did 8 minutes of interval training (90 seconds work/30 seconds rest and still kept 90s jams going):
