PAX partnered up. One partner would complete designated exercise at startex while other PAX ran (think like DORA but we did time instead of reps).
Sets were 5 min each of:
1. Bent over row to dumbbell thrusters, runner does 10 squats with kickbacks
2. Reverse crunches, runner does 10 lunges (1=1)
3. Monkey Humpers, runner does 10 skaters
4. Carolina Dry Docks, runner does 10 raggedy Ann's
5. Around the world, runner just goes to light post and back
Mary: Then we all went back to our mats for a final AB AMRAP. 4 minutes, all abs:
