The Thang:
3 sets for 5 mins repeated twice, 10 sec rest in between each set.
Set 1 20 of each repeated
1. Squat with a high kick w/ arm Punch
2. Lunges 1 = 1
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Speed Skaters
5. Single leg dead lift (10 each leg)
Set 2 20 of each
1. Supinated Lateral Raises to Bicep Curl
2. Braveheart
3. Overhead Tricep Ext
4. Heisman 1= 1
5. Monkey Humpers
Set 3 20 of each
1. Merkins
2. Skull Crushers
3. Superman
4. Jump Squats
5. Overhead Press
After finishing the above we took the stairs down to the lake. We ran to the hill. We bear crawled up the hill and ran down (or moseyed down the wet hill). Then we ran to the bench and back to the hill to do a bear crawl up to the pavilion.
Last was a minute of: wall sit, sit ups, and Bicycles.
