Warm up (all x12 IC): huggies, toy soldiers, jumping jacks, preying mantis, mosey
Tha thang:
PAX paired off into partners (we had 3 but made it work!) Partner 1 would complete a mosey while partner 2 did designated exercise until partner 1 returned. They would then switch with partner 2 completing a mosey and partner 1 doing exercise until partner 2 returned. Rinse and repeat.

Crouching tiger
shoulder press
diamond merkins
overhead tricep extension
plank jacks
squat pulses
Mary: she didn't really show up, we were having so much fun with our partner work. We did get in 1 min of flutter kicks.
