    Pax: 9: Beats, Ohana, Cheesehead, S'mores, Hummer, Chill Pill, Keys, Terp, Munchkin


    Warm up: Jumping Jacks, Arm Circles, Daisy Pickers, and Calf Raises


    The Thang:

    Each activity was performed for 2 mins. After all 6 we ran a lap. Repeated these steps for the duration of the workout.


    The activities:

    -Lateral Arm Raises

    -Leg Lifts

    -Overhead Arm Ext

    -Russian Twist

    -Speed skater

    -Arm Curls


    Count-O-Rama

    Finished with these two quotes and a challenge:
