Side Lunge Stretch, Huggies, Daisy Pickers, and High Knees
The First Thang:
Running a lap to median. Once all in we will do side shuffle for 2mins. Run back to the pavilion and do a wall sit for a minute.
Second Thang:
Each set is for 5 mins adding to the number with 6 burpees after. Ex:

And so on for the full 5mins
