    Warm up:

    Side Lunge Stretch, Huggies, Daisy Pickers, and High Knees


    The First Thang:


    Running a lap to median. Once all in we will do side shuffle for 2mins. Run back to the pavilion and do a wall sit for a minute.


    Second Thang:


    Each set is for 5 mins adding to the number with 6 burpees after. Ex:


    1. 12

    2. 12

    -run

    1. 14

    2. 14

    - burpees

    And so on for the full 5mins


    Start with 12 adding 2

    Set One:

    1. Mountain Climbers 2=1

    2. Merkins

    3. Sit Ups

    4. Laying Down Skull Crusher


    Set Two:

    1. Lateral Arm Raises

    2. Overhead Arm Ext

    3. Upright Row

    4. Tricep Kickback


    Set Three:

    1. Shoulder Taps

    2. Toe Touches

    3. Scorpion 1=1

    4. PlankJacks


    1 minute Wall sit
