The Thang:
Do each of these for a 1 minute:
1. Lateral Arm Raises

5. Leg Lifts
6. Bicycles
7. High Knee
8. Lunges
When done: Group 1 will run for 1 minute while everyone else holds a squat for a minute.

It’s easy to take the easy path that life throws at us. It is so much harder to step out and do something hard. In the end those hard choice often times turn out to be the best ones. Take the road less traveled. Be brave. Be fierce. Lean on those around you for support. Encourage those around you as well. We all need each other. But most of all, lean on the Lord to guide you and walk with you. He knows your journey we just have to trust him and follow him.
