Four corners was the name of the game today! We started out with 10 mins of the following:
corner 1) 25 dumbbell thrusters
corner 2) 25 pile squats
corner 3) 25 merkins
corner 4) 25 monkey humpers--pax would side shuffle between each corner
Then, we did one minute of each: WW2 situps, bicycles, reverse crunches & clamshell bridge
Then 10 mins of round 2:
corner 1) 25 bicep curls
corner 2) 25 heel click squats
corner 3) 25 Carolina dry docks
corner 4) 25 deadlifts--pax would mosey between each corner
Repeat one minute of WW2 situps, bicycles, reverse crunches & clamshell bridge
We only had three minutes left, so we did some walking lunges and skips up and down the tennis courts until time was over.
