Warm up: high knees, jumping jacks, butt kickers, daisy pickers
run up flights of stairs to the top deck. Do the following exercises below. When done, run to bottom level and hold a 2 min wall sit. Rinse and repeat.
5 tuck jumps
15 star jacks
20 jumping jacks
I believe we got through 4 rounds of this just in time! Man getting to have a solo workout with Chill Pill will DEFINITELY be the highlight of my day! Garage workouts are some of my favorite workouts! What a great start to a Wednesday morning! OHH and we even had some snow fall on us today ❄️
