*One person is doing Lunges while their partner runs to the point and does 10 Jumping Sliders. They run back and their partner then runs to the spot to do 10 Jumping Spiders while they do Lunges. This is done for 2mins
*One person is doing Calf Raises while their partner runs to the point and does 10 Squat Jumps. They run back and their partner then runs to the spot to do 10 Squat Jumps while they do Calf Raises. This is done for 2mins
