The Thang:
-Welcome and Disclaimer -Warm up: Toy Soldiers x 10, Jumping Jacks x 10, Butt Kickers x 10 all in cadence
As PAX arrived, their name was placed in a cup. There was also a cup of exercises.
After the warm up, we drew a name and an exercise.
The person whose name we drew was the runner.
They ran as fast as possible around the senior center while the other PAX completed the exercise that was drawn.
There were no breaks in between rounds.
We repeated this name/exercise drawing until all 20 exercises were completed. We completed the following exercises and ended up running 4 laps each:

Walking lunges Sit Ups

We closed with Beats leading us in an ab burnout. 5 mins straight of crunches (right, middle, left), 2 min flutter kicks, 1 min reverse crunch, and 1 min leg lift hold.
