20 secs each move, 10 secs rest between, repeat each Tabata 4 times
Tabata 1: Skaters, burpees (challenge with push up)
Tabata 2: mountain climbers, alt. reverse lunges (challenge with weights)
Tabata 3: plank jacks, narrow squats (challenge with weights)
Tabata 4: jump squats, Russian twists (challenge with weights)
Tabata 5: plyo lunges (alt lunge with hop in between), weighted punches
Repeat Tabatas 1-5.
Finish with 1 min side planks (each side).
