The Thang: Divide into 2 teams (easy this morning!)
Across the parking lot are 2 containers with pieces of paper that have a letter on one side and and an exercise on the other. PAX runs to container, grabs paper, runs back and performs 31 reps (for 31 days in October). After all papers are completed, the first team to spell the word correctly wins (each team had a different word).
Next, mosey over to circuit station and perform merkins, dips, & pull ups in increments of 5, going up to 20 each
