Welcome/Disclaimer and a reminder to push yourself whether that is competing with the person next to you or making a goal for yourself for the workout.
Warm-up: Butt kickers, Jumping jacks, Huggies, mosey and free stretch while the workout was explained.
The Thang: (We had mats at one end of the parking lot and mats at another end of the workout) 10 min rounds. Round 1: Bear crawl from one side of the parking lot to the other. Perform 1 merkin. Bear crawl back to the original position, perform 2 merkins. Continue to bear crawl and ascend to 10 merkins.
Round 2: Same concept from round 1 but this time you will Broad Jump and then do a frogger (or full burpee for the challenge) across the lot
Round 3: Duck walk across the lot and then do Plié squats
Sprint workout 5 min:
Team of three and pass the baton sprints.
COT: Count-o-rama, name-o-rama, PAX were encouraged to RSVP to our FiA Friendsgiving and come to tomorrow's workout! We prayed and got that bomb pic!
