Warm-O-Rama jumping jacks ICx20 toy soldiers ICx10 arm circles ICx10 backwards ICx10 Tha Thang Burpees & Lateral raises 5-10-15-10-5 1 1/2 lap Pull ups & monkey humpers 10-15-20-15-10 2 1/2 laps DB Russian twist & side lunges 15-20-25-20-15 1 min plank! We did 5 burpees, 5 lateral raises then 10 of each ... etc. BUT AFTER THE HUMP in each round we added an extra challenge. Each PAX chose their own extra challenge but examples include standard burpees turned into burpees with hand release merkins, lateral raises added an extra twist at the top, side lunges added a squat in the middle, and more! Which led right into our COT... COT ”Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even if you don’t want to do it.” Challenged each of us to not just coast after hump day knowing the week is down hill but to really push ourselves and add in those extra challenges - those things we know will reap good fruit down the road even though we may not get to see it immediately. Discipline ourselves. Eyes on the prize, running the race all the way to the finish line.
