Tha Thang:
PAX will complete each exercise for 1 minute (1 round = 6 mins total).
High knees
Lunges with overhead press
Bicycles
Mountain Climbers
Squat with hammer curl
Plank
After round 1, mosey parking lot
After round 2, side shuffle parking lot
After round 3, side shuffle 5 times between cones; burpees @ each cone (10 total burpees)
After round 4, mosey parking lot

COT: Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Phillippians 4:8. PAX were reminded that they cannot control what is happening around them, but they can control what is happening in their minds.
