If you finish first then you have to do Burpees until all in. Then we do 20 Jumping Jack's and start the set all over. End with some Mary's Count-O-Rama Name-O-Rama I ended with these three quotes: "It's impossible to be stressed when you are grateful." "Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to cope with it." "Don't stress, do your best, forget the rest." I feel like I'm struggling with the stress of life. I tend to take a lot on and get overwhelmed when I can't do it all (or I do and then I'm exhausted). It's easy to lose sight with things like work, school, parenting, etc all come at us. I feel we all need to focus on how to: 'Step back and take it one thing at a time.', ' Be grateful for the little things we have done right or someone did to help us.', and 'Learn to let go of everything we couldn't do and appreciate that we gave it our all.'
