2 exercises at each station, 1 minute for each exercise
BANDS: side lunges with band around thighs, reverse fly (arms)
LADDER: hop down, hop-scotch back, high-knee back, mountain climbers
KETTLEBELL: kettlebell swing, deadlifts
ROPE: jump rope, hold plank
RUCK: lunges across gazebo with Ruck, merkins with ruck
BALL: crunches on the ball, Russian twists
