PAX: 3; Frenchie, Red, and Techy Warm Up: 1min squat hold, Huggies, and Daisy Pickers The Thang: We did a pyramid style workout with a side activity followed by a run. The first activity is done in 20, 15, 5 with the side activity done in sets of 10. Once, it is done you run for 30secs. Ex: 20 - 10; 15 - 10; 5 - 10 - run for 30 secs.
1. Merkins; Side move: skull crusher with a lateral pull up.
2. Overhead Press; Side move: Jump Squats
3. Lunge with a weighted Twist and punch out; Side Move: Burpees
4. Single Leg Dead Lift; Side move: Weighted Squat
5. Calf Raise into a bicep Curl to overhead press; Side Move: Situps
6. Bravehearts; Side Move: High Knees
7. Kettle Bell/hand weight swing; Side Move: Ballet Squats Ended with 1min of squat hold and awkward turtle. Count-O-Rama
